Your period will not come normally until 14 days after ovulation unless you are pregnant. You clearly have a 30-31 day cycle if you period happens the same day each calendar month. Surgery and other stress can delay or stop ovulation and as such delay your period. This delay may result in pregnancy like symptoms. I would repeat the test if your period has not come 2 weeks after the first test. If you are pregnant and have endometriosis (confirmed by laparoscsopy) then please check with your doctor early that the pregnancy is within the womb. Endometriosis can sometimes cause tubal damage and increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy. I hope things work out well
