From my own limited (2 pregnancies, one of which is in progess) experience, I would guess that you are going to have to sit tight for another seek to 10 days, at which point another ultrasound should show an embryo with a heartbeat. But even then I don't know if your doc's u/s machine will be able to date your pregnancy. In my case, my doctor's u/s machine did not measure embryos below a certain size. After that size was reached, then a calculation could be made. best of luck!
