Supplementary progesterone (can now use a prescription drug-Prometrium, 100 mg 3x a day) starting 2-3 days post ovulation is helpful. Also ask your ob to check for antiphospholipid syndrome. This is often a cause for early miscarriage. Testing for hypothyroisism is also called for (just a simple TSH level). It may not be a bad idea to have a hysterosalpingogram done to be sure there is no uterine defect. Good Luck.
