I dont really think that the air pressure changes are anything to be concerned about. To be totally honest, its safer than being in a car in most cases. What you may need to worry about is the airline you choose. Some will not let you fly their airline after your 8th month because of the fact you may go into labor. Be sure to ask about this before purchasing your ticket.
