The best advice I can give about hydration is look at the color of your urine. ( This goes for the entire pregnancy.) If your urine is clear you are drinking enough fluid; if it is dark, you need to drink more.

If your vomiting persists and you cannot hold fluids down, you need to call your OB for the possibility of getting treated with IV fluids.
