I caught my daughters stomach flu and since 8pm last night until about 630am this morning I have been running nonstop to the bathroom with diarrhea or vomitting. This morning I woke up and my breasts aren't hurting anylonger. I am terrified!!! Do you think this is because I have been dehydrated? I have been trying to replace my fluids but certainly not at the rate I have been losing it.

Can someone help me?
