On my US at 10wks the tech made a point of telling me I had a cyst on my left ovary....I understand that by 10wks the corpus luteum starts to shrink as it's function begins to decrease. most of my pain is on the right side but for some reason last night, especially when I laid on the left side, I got a sharp pain in the left ovary area that felt like someone was sticking a pin in it and it lasted about 5 sec and occured every about 5 mins. This morning I have had some pain on the right side, which is pretty common in this pg for me. A dull persistent ache which worsens if my bladder is full or I need to have a bowel movement.

Would it indicate cysts?
