Combivent-Catagory C medication: Animal studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus; but there are no adequate studies in humans, but the benefits may outweigh the risk; or there are no animal studies and no adequate human studies.

If your asthma is such that you require the inhaler to maintain your activities of daily living, then continue it. You do need to talk with your OB. Might be best to contact your OB prior to getting pregnant.
