Most women only have one mature follicle per month. As quaint is this sounds, it only takes one egg and one sperm to produce a fetus. If there seems to be adequate numbers of sperm and ova (eggs) then the problems may lie in the uterus, tubes or blockage between the ovaries and the tubes. Your Repro/Endo doc seems to be on track.
