A couple of days ago I slipped on a piece of food on the floor of a public building and fell, landing on both my knees almost simultaneously. All I got was a bruise on one of my knees. My abdomen didn't hit the ground. I haven't had any bleeding. I am now in the 3rd month of pregnancy.

Does this mean that my baby is alright?
