I recently had a miscarriage.I am wondering if I can continue the prenatals to keep my iron supply. My ob said there is nothing wrong with me. I can re-try in December. I plan on it. I want another one desperately! I am experiencing the bleeding still and mild cramps. I passed the baby naturally at the emergency room. the rest came later at home. But I am wanting to continue the pills. Any advice would be great thanks. valerie
