Just out of curiosity, if APA is usually only positive in pregnancy, and you know that you've tested positive for it with past pg, are patients still adviced to take the aspirin therapy when trying to conceive?

I was tested for anticardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant those tests came back negative only the APA came back positive. I have had laps done (revealed stage IV endo & did 6mths of lupron for that), HSG, hysteroscopy and everything comes back fine.

Any other testing you would suggest?
