The B6 metabolite is fine but if your prenatal has B6, you probably don't need it. Make sure there is adequate folic acid (who knows? could be in the flax seed oil for all I know about flax seeds) and iron. A well balanced diet usually does the rest. The only overdose concern in pregnancy is with Vitamin A. 5000IU is usual. 8000IU is maximum daily alottment.
