The blood test is pretty accurate. I'd day something else is going on, not necessary bad. You failed to ovulate for one or more reasons. Are you on oral contraceptive pills? Are your breastfeeding (this much less likely as you have been regular up to this point)? Have you started or changed any medication, job, stress?

If menses does not resume in the next two weeks or so, I'd have you see your gynecologist.
