Recently from complex partial seizures, I had a generalized seizure and was taken to the hospital. I have tried to avoid meds for the epilepsy, but now I have no choice it seems. The neuro put me on 300mg of Dilantin a day and increased my folic acid. I am 22 weeks along. I'm interested in hearing from other woman who have successfully had their babies while on this drug because I have read so much wrong with it. I feel like I am asleep most of the time now and I think the baby is too for she doesn't move nearly as much as she used to. Any information would be appreciated if just to ease my mind.
