When I went in for my 10wk checkup, we could not find the heartbeat. The dr did a u/s and found that the baby had died, and measured 8.3wks. He said it looked as if the baby was not in a lot of fluid. He said he had noticed it with the last u/s the one in which we saw a heartbeat. What could this be a sign off? Is this something I should be concered about in future pregnancies.
