A viral infections and require little more than symptomatic relief. Vitamin C, fluids, decongestants, tylenol, and rest should be sufficient

I wasn't aware that any medications especially decongestants are safe in pregnancy. Can you elaborate on that?

How much Vit. C is safe in a separate supplement while pregnant?
