Preterm labot (PTL) is not common with third pregnancies if it was not found in the other two. One of the greatest risk factors for PTL is PTL in a previous pregnancy. These may very well be Braxton-Hicks contractions which every women gets from the middle of the pregnancy on. they meay not be felt but they're there and frequently show up on monitors. You may require more frequent exams to delineate the problem (if there is any at all). Sounds normal from the limited information available but your doctor will have to be the final arbiter on exams, therapy and observation.
