placenta previa questions

AT my appointment Friday, I was given an ultrasound. My doctor diagnosed placenta previa....my third daughter was born at 33 weeks because of this. This time the edge of the placenta covers the cervical os and at that site there is a small subchorionic bleed. I spotted brown last week. My doctor said that because I'm only 10.5 weeks, the placenta has a very good chance of moving up..I guess I'm nervous because last time it didnt. My questions are:

1) Should I be in any way limiting my activities...excercise, stress etc?

2) ARe there any statistics on how often these early placenta previa diagnosis that cover the cervix actually move up?

Thanks,

Carrie
