Low Blood Pressure

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant. I have always had low blood pressure. I was wondering if and how this could effect labor and delivery. Are there any medications or interventions that should or should not be done during labor? For example, I have heard that Pitocin tends to lower blood pressure.
