I would say normal, as so many women seem to have similar problems. I was told it may take up to a year to be rid of numbness or hypersensitivity. Now, more than 5 years after the c-section, I have numbness on the scar itself, and am very sensitive for about 1 inch all around. I have to be careful about what type of underwear I wear. Buying a size larger usually helps, and the bikini style is totally out. (Hi-cut briefs seem to be best). **************************************************** Suzanne S.
