Ligament pain - if you pull a muscle in your abdomen can be very painful - much like the pain you describe.. If being off the vitamins for a week did not help, Id ask your dr so you know if you should take them or not.

Remember, you know your body best and if you are really concerned, make sure yur provider knows this and see what they say. If you are not comfortable with that advice, maybe a 2nd opinion is in order.
