Yes, there are vaccinations safe for pregnancy. Cholera is a catagory C medication. No clinical studies have determined it safe or unsafe in pregnancy, but if the necessity to use the medication occurs, it is probably more beneficial to use the vaccine than to risk getting malaria. Likewise, the vaccines for meningicoccus, influenze (flu), polio, plague and hepatitis is also catagory C. These are inactivated, non 'living' viruses and bacteria.

Vaccines that are catagory X (where either studies or evidence demonstrate fetal abnormalities) and should not be used in pregnancy include measles, mumps, rubella and small pox. This is because there is a theoretical risk these 'live' viruses could cause the actual diseases and cause complications in pregnancy, although no cases of fetal abnormalities have been proven to be caused by these when the MMR vaccine was inadvertantly give in the first three months surroundidng pregnancy.

Catagory D vaccines include yellow fever, where this vaccine is contraindicated in pregnancy except if exposure in unavoidable.

Hope this helps.
