Hi Carrie,
140 sounds perfect to me!! Mine was around there at 8-10 weeks. I was always told between 120-160 normal. I'm 20 weeks and on Thursday mine was 154 and fluctuates between 150-159. Enjoy your pg hope you are feeling well.
