A friend told me about fenugreek. But at the herb shop I went to, it was combined with thyme and I wasn't sure what the combination would do. I know that sage is supposed to dry up your milk and I somehow came to the conclusion that if you can put it on a chicken (sage, thyme) it was not good for breast milk. (This is a joke, guys!)
