Re: Blessed thistleFrom: Marcia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 25 Sep 1998 09:10:28 -0500 (CDT)
A friend told me about fenugreek. But at the herb shop I went to, it was combined with thyme and I wasn't sure what the combination would do. I know that sage is supposed to dry up your milk and I somehow came to the conclusion that if you can put it on a chicken (sage, thyme) it was not good for breast milk. (This is a joke, guys!) But seriously, what *would* the combination of fenugreek & thyme do?At Thu, 24 Sep 1998, Cindy Curtis RN IBCLC wrote: > >Blessed Thistle is indeed a good herb to increase milk production, >however, Fenugreek tends to work much better.
