Dear Doctors, Is it possible to breastfeed while on medication for high blood pressure? I have a client currently taking methyldopa which states very clearly passes into breast milk. She REALLY wants tro breastfeed and I am looking for alternatives for her. Her doctor just told her to "get over it". Thanks so much in advance!
