Dear Melissa

there are reference ranges for several measurements of the fetal ventricles depending on which ventricle is being measured (lateral, third or fourth) and where e.g. anterior horn, posterior horn or ventricular atria and at what gestation they are measured. Ask your sonologist to explain the measurement and perhaps to draw you a picture. I'm sure that if necessary your sonologist will either explain in detail his/her findings and if necessary offer referral to a specialist in fetal medicine (if your sonologist is not one themselves).

Ask questions and get things explained!

I hope things turn out OK
