Dear Lori There are few doctors around who would do an ECV on a bicornuate uterus and a previous scar. Whether this is correct or not is another matter. However, if your doctor feels this way he/she is definitely in the majority. With respect to VBAC. There is no evidence that a bicornuate uterus has any effect on outcome assuming that the baby is head down and engaged.
