Sorry if this has been posted twice but my computer went crazy. Gosh. Is it hereditary? I don't know. I would imagine so but would have to look it up. On average a body looses 3 litres a day. Water is got from drink and from food (water is the main constituent of most foods). However, the body has some physiological responses to not drinking enough such as making your urine more concentrated. If you are feeling thirsty and have concentrated urine this is a sign that you need more fluids.
