Re: Blessed thistle

I'm taking the capsules. It looks like grass ground up into small bits inside. Smells like it too.

The real test will be tomorrow, when I use my breast pump at work. Just as a general point, though, my breasts feel firmer, but I do nurse more often on weekends because I am not working, so that may be why.

I believe that at least some of the problem is that I am not eating or drinking enough. I drink lots of water at work, but it just seems to make me have to go to the bathroom more often. I'm also carrying around 5-10 lbs. more than my pre-pregnancy weight, but anytime I try to cut down on food, that effects my supply also. Yesterday, I was out shopping and I didn't feel hungry, but forced myself to eat something relatively nutritious.

I will try to find out more about this herb. Thank you, Suzanne, for your help. Also thanks, Dr. Ind for your concern. I just wanted to make sure that it would not poison the baby or negate my birth control. At Sun, 20 Sep 1998, Thomas wrote: >
