I am a 31 year old woman who recently went into preterm labor (about 4 weeks). I was told that I have a "flat" pelvic bone and would have to undergo a c/s.(After 2 hours of pushing) I was given anesthesia and rushed to the OR b/c the babies HR went down suddenly. My c/s was going ok until my uterus was opened and I felt a lot of pain. It took MD's about 11 minutes to deliver the baby. He was stuck b.c of my contracted pelvic and abdominal muscles. He didn't survive. I was wondering if any one has heard of an experience like this before. Any information would be appreciated.

Thank You
