My lmp was Aug 12 and got a positive hpt on Sept 10, for the last 4 days I have been spotting, mostly a brown discharge. I had a ultra sound on Sept 29 that showed a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal strands. THe ultra sound tech stated that it looked like a normal 4-5 week pregnancy the problem is I am 6-7 weeks. It this a sign of a blighted ovum? What should I do?
