Dear Anonymous, Yes you can become pregnant after tubal ligation. With your symptoms especially your period being 2weeks late I'd suggest taking a HPT and calling your doctor, so you can find out what is going on because this has mank risks at this point. There's a greater chance of ectopic pregnancy subsequent to tubals and there may not be enough HCG yet to have a positive result or symptoms like cramping or bleeding this early, even an ultrasound at 6weeksLMP might not show an ectopic but it should show an IUP.
