Many women do not get their period at all while on Depo so it can take awhile for their periods to regulate. While you may not have been on depo so long as to stop getting your period, it is very possible that it will take a few to several cycles before your system gets regular, even if on the pill. I was on Depo for considerably longer than you but I didn't get my period at all for the first three months I was on the pill. That said, you could be pregnant - I just doubt it. Go ahead and take a HPT to be sure but if it is negative, I would trust it unless you show other pregnancy signs. Good luck!
