am I pregnant?

We are ttc from 2 months. I used an ovulation kit and i saw an LH surge on september 15th night.... As per the LH surge my next period shud be due on 30th of sept or 1st oct. On Sep 27 and 29 I took 3 early HPTs and i got all positive. So, my questions are.. 1. am I pregnant? 2.If i'm pregnant is it common to have heart burn, backache, light abdominal pain? and I'm most concerened about my light abdominal pain. is this common in pregnancy? 3. I felt feverish from 23rd sept to 26 sept.(temparetures are b/w 98.7 to 99.2). I felt this high temps in the day time also. Even on yesterday(29th sept) i felt little high body temp. I feel tired. Is this common in pregnancy? 4. If i'm pregnant when shud i visit ob/gn doctor at the earliest? I saw some postings in which some say in early pregnancy doctors couldn't know that i'm pregnant.

Please give me some input.. This is my first time. Thank you for ur input, in advance.
