3 miscarriages, myomectomy, pregnant again - help!

After 3 miscarriages and an abdominal myomectomy to remove a 5-cm intramural fibroid (indenting the lining) and now finally being put on levoxyl for undiagnosed hypothyroidism, I'm pregnant again. :) I'm very early (11 dpo) and I had my hcg taken yesterday at my infertility clinic. It was 59 but my progesterone was only 17.3. Is this something to worry about? Are these numbers too low? The Dr. hasn't called me yet (the nurse has) but I was wondering if I could get another opinion.
