About the same chance as if he didn't pull out at all. There are many sperm in the pre-ejaculate fluid and it is enough to get you pregnant. After all, it only takes one little swimmer. One thing about your post disturbs me though, that your boyfriend won't let you take birth control. This is your body and it is your decision if you want to use birth control or not, he has the right to have some input but not make the decision. It sounds like your boyfriend is a bit controlling. What will happen if you do become pregnant? Will he stick around? Will he blame you? Will he insist that you get an abortion? Are you ready to raise a baby by yourself? These are all questions that you need to ask yourself before you have unprotected sex with him again. You can always tell him no birth control, no sex. Good luck.
