Worried about ultrasound findings

I had my first ultrasound at 19 weeks which showed that the fetus had bilateral enlarged kidneys, and I wasn't really too concerned at that time. I had a followup ultrasound 2 weeks ago (at 23 weeks) which showed enlarged kidneys and also a dilated stomach (they did not see a "double bubble" sign at this point). I have another followup ultrasound in 2 weeks, but I am worried about what both of these findings could mean? Any information would be appreciated.
