It sounds to me like to you need to ask all of these questions to your doctor. You need to be checked out with the itching and swelling going on. Don't wait until Monday, call your doctor's emergency exchange or go to the hospital. I'm not saying it's an emergency, but I wouldn't wait until Monday.

Just my 2 cents, not a doctor.
