I did yoga all the way until almost the very end of my pregnancy, and mostly you just have to listen to your body to tell you what you can/cannot do. You should avoid positions where you are on your back or try to modify them (for example savasana - or the meditation at the end - is usually done lying on your back, so I propped myself up with pillows to be more on my left side). Also, you want to avoid any inverted positions (shoulderstand, plow, headstand, etc.) which you won't really feel like doing anyway very soon! One position I know was recommended towards the end is the cat/cow (arching back while on all fours) especially if the baby is up near your ribcage or in an uncomfortable position because it encourages them to move. My instructor also worked with me throughout on hip-opening positions to hopefully make labor a little easier (e.g., cobblers pose, swan, squats, seated wide-legged forward bend). Mostly, I think yoga really helped me to learn to relax and be more balanced. Good luck!!
