I am 24 weeks pregnant with my first (I am 30 yrs old). The pregnancy has been fine except for some early severe morning sickness, where I lost 15 pounds (I had 15 to lose so I didnt end up underweight). Anyway, in the last 10 days, I have had a HUGE increase in appetite. Insatiable. I have gained 5 lbs in 10 days. But in the last 4 or 5 days, I have had some weird heart palpatations and now I have this type of anxiety-feeling pressure accross my chest and upper back--almost like I am about to have a panic attack (which I dont get) or someting. Is this anything to be worried about? My blood pressure was very low for first trimester but at 20 week visit it was borderline high- they chalked it up to rushing to get to the appt. My visit this week was canceled due to the hurricane. Should I be worried about this odd feeling?
