Question for 'soft markers' for Down Syndrome

My last ultrasound at 23 weeks showed bilateral hydronephrosis and a slightly dilated (maybe from obstuction/stensosis?) stomach. Are these both considered "soft signs" of Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome)? If so, what are the baby's risks of having this syndrome? Thank you.
