Don't have alot of insight to offer you, but I noticed the same thing happen as soon as I hit 20 weeks: a complete remission of what had been an extremely annoying problem. I decided (whether rightly or wrongly) that my uterus and colon had reached a truce in terms of space allotment. But who knows.
