I am experiencing the same thing! I'm 33 weeks as well. Last night I got up to pee almost every 30 minutes and my little girl is embedded under my right ribs. The rib pain is alleviated by laying on my other side (left side) with a pillow under my head and between my knees and a heating pad. I only slept through about 3 hours (from 4 a.m. - 7 a.m.) I'm also feeling a pressure (almost a tearing feeling) in my lower ab area (where bladder is). According to people on here this is normal and just another symptom of impending motherhood!

Sorry I don't have any other suggestions to help with the sleeplessness or discomfort but it is normal and there's nothing to worry about.
