ANY light anyone can >shed on this would be GREATLY appreciated. To me, ligament stretching was a sharp, sudden pain, usually on movement, that subsided as fast as it came. Contractions were like an ever tightening menstrual crampy ache that peaked in intensity then subsided. Braxton Hicks are this same osrt of tightening in the uterus, but without the deep and intense ache/cramp/pain. HTH darcie
