Yes! Don't worry. Absolutely normal. I read somewhere that some of the mom's hormones are transfered to the baby during birth and causes this to happen in girls and enlarges testicles in boys (I think...) She probably still has some of your hormones in her system. Why don't you call her doctor in the morning just to be sure? Try not to worry in the meantime!
