Sudden energy decrease question.

I'm now at the end of my 32nd week. I know that they say my Shortness of Breath is from baby getting bigger (I was very petite to start with) so that's not a concern. However I'm really getting tired very easy to the point where I need to nap for about 2 hours after being awake for about four or 5 hours. I know in the 3rd trimester you need more rest but it seems like sudden onset since Thursday.

I was on bedrest from June 26 - august 14th (cerclage) and now am allowed lite activity. I'm on prenatal vitamins and Iron supplements as well.

Is it normal for my body to just kind of wear down like this?

Is there anything I should be looking for in my diet to improve my energy (cutting out sugar or maybe having some caffeine?)
