Collapsed gestational sac

I am pregnant through in vitro fertilization. I'm not sure exactly how they count weeks of pregnancy but the beginning of my last cycle (and stimulation) was July 20 with the transfer on August 7. I had bleeding and cramps and went to the hospital 2 days ago (Aug 29). The doctor did an ultrasound and saw one yolk sac and one collapsed sac. My question is does the collapsed sac have the chance to turn into a yolk sac or will I lose this baby? If I will lose it, will it just be absorbed or should I be prepared for bleeding, etc.

Thank you!
