1st off, I would call whoever is on call for OB and let them know what is up, if they think you need to be checked at ER or L&D then do so. What happened with the 21 week delivery? was there preterm labor or premature rupture of membranes? Also, I would leave the cervical exams to your OB provider at this point in the game, esp if there is a risk of something preterm. Let us know what happens
