I just left the bathroom, (sorry TMI). I noticed when I wiped that there was a thick jelly like mucus. There was a significant amount of it. It wasn't blood tinged but more of a yellow/white cloud like. Does that make sense? I'm concerned because I'm only 17.5 weeks and juust went through delivering my son at 21 weeks this past January 2003, (it was an induction for medical reasons). Should I be watching for symptoms of preterm labor? Also if it makes any difference. I've been having some left side pains around my ovary and lower back ach for the last couple days. I freaked when I saw the mucus so I checked my cervix, (after washing hands). I could get a finger tip in. I'm not sure if this is normal as I've delivered 3 babies before. Please Help. My Drs office is closed till Tuesday.
